1/3/24: GET RID OF YOUR EXCUSES

If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse. Simple as that. Today I invite you to switch the pretext to an achievable goal. Instead of “I don’t have time to exercise”, say “I will find time to workout”; instead of “I can’t quit soda”, say “I will drink more water”; instead of “I should not express my opinion”, say “I will make sure I am heard”. And so on.

Be fearless in a way you have never been, be as confident as the person you most admire, do it for yourself and, if it helps, think about the people you love and how you are going to be able to show your best self to them. They will be surprised, proud and even inspired by your improvement. GET. RID. OF. YOUR. EXCUSES.
