PRETTY PLEASANT PASTA
Oh my, the carbs. Oh my, red meat. This is why this plate is on the indulging list. Nothing wrong with enjoying an Italian classic once in a while. With a glass of Cabernet, Chianti or Pinot. Godere, miei amici!

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil
Spaghetti
Ground sirloin meatballs (you can make them or save time by buying them ready to bake)
Organic pasta sauce (I like Marinara)
Fresh garlic
Oregano
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven at 400F. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray them with cooking spray. They should be ready in 20-24 minutes. You can broil them for 5 additional minutes to brown them a little bit and give them a better appearance.
Heat the olive oil on a pan. Add the garlic, oregano, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar. Add the pasta sauce, blend, and cook on super low heat.
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and put it in a bowl.
Have fun preparing your pasta bowls, add parmesan, more oregano, and salt and pepper to taste. Is that wine ready as well?
