RISE AND SHINE BREAKFAST!
I came up with this idea after I started my 20 minute morning walks. This avocado/homemade hummus toast, grilled tomato and an egg is easy to make and packed with flavor!

INGREDIENTS
1 or 2 organic eggs (your choice)
Gluten-free bread, toasted
1 avocado, ripe
1 tbsp of homemade hummus (you can make it in advance)
Tomato, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Avocado oil
Toast your bread while your eggs are cooking. You can grill the tomato on the same pan. Cut the avocado, mix one half with the hummus and spread it on the toast. Put tomato on top and egg on the side. Add your favorite morning drink and that's it!
