My good friend Jorge Chavez shared this recipe with me and all I can say is.... DELISH!
Weather is getting hot so this one is a perfect food to enjoy with friends on the patio!
INGREDIENTS (All quantities are based on your taste and flavors preference)
Chopped white onion
Your favorite spicy sauce (Cholula, Tapatio, Tamazula)
Salt and pepper
Boil water in a pot. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Save the broth.
In a big bowl, mix the shrimp with all the ingredients. Add the broth little by little, and adjust flavors to your taste. The cocktail can be as thick or as liquidy as you desire.
Open your favorite white wine or prepare some Micheladas. Buen provecho!
