Today I invite you to try something new, at least ONCE. It won’t hurt. And then tomorrow, try it again! All of a sudden you will be mastering the activity and you might even feel better.



When it comes to a health related change, I always advise to start small and simple, like drinking water. One glass, two glasses, three glasses… you get the point. We are all smart people here, and you know what you need to be doing in order to improve yourself. Can you at least try? #365DayChallenge
